Refund Policy

The product is consumable. According to article 4 of Law 8.07/90 (Code 8/90) and presidential decree 7962/13, if you do not receive your Vip within a Consumer Protection deadline, the full amount will be refunded within a few days. VIPs are fully consumable and do not apply to return terms.
